Information About Your Tenancy

If you are looking to move into the Wigan, Leigh, Warrington, St Helens, or surrounding areas, we have the largest selection of properties to rent in the area. From apartments to large executive detached homes, we will have a property to suit all your requirements. Our professional staff will advise you on amenities in the area ie: schools, colleges and commuter links, along with the various properties that may suit your needs.

Our application process is straight forward and takes only five working days to complete the process, however this can be expedited should you need to move quickly (fast track option if required).

When applying to rent a property through us, you will be required to complete an application form (download pdf), the information you provide will be used to take references from your employer, previous landlord or agent, character reference from someone who has known you for at least five years and finally a credit check to establish that your credit file is clear of adverse data.

On the day you move into the property we will require the first months rent and a deposit equal to the monthly rental. Future payments are made via standing order through your bank.
